A sports debate app where fans vote on alternate history scenarios and see live global results in real time.

The Idea

Have you ever thought about what if LeBron Jamez joined the Spurs instead of Miami? Or what if Derrick Rose never got injured? Or what if Zidane never headbutted Materazzi in 2006 FIFA World Cup? If your answer is yes to these questions you're a person who's interested in sports just like me and one day I thought what if there was an application where you can debate about these stuff then I started developing What If? Sports Debates and it's built around one simple idea every sports fan has an opinion, and now those opinions can be measured in real time against the rest of the world.

How It Works

When you open the app, you're dropped straight into a feed of debate cards. Each card presents an alternate history scenario, a moment in sports history that could have gone differently. You read the scenario, think about it, and cast your vote. Yes or no! The moment you vote, your vote is counted and later you can see the global breakdown what percentage of fans agree with you, and what percentage don't. Every vote updates the tally in real time, so the numbers are always live, always shifting as new fans weigh in from around the world. There are no accounts to create and no profiles to set up. You jump in anonymously and start debating immediately. Your voting history is saved so you can always look back at the calls you've made and see how the global consensus has shifted over time.
